I completely forgot to tell you the best part of yesterday....BABY RACCOONS! I totally got to hold them!
We have a wildlife guy to help us remove unwanted wild animals (my company is not equipped) and he happened to pick up these fuzzy sweet animals earlier in the day and still had them on his truck,
YAY! So while he was chasing down the skunk we had requested his services he allowed us to cuddle and love on these little ones.
They're only a few weeks old and he couldn't find the mother anywhere! He thought mom might have been killed so these little orphans were headed to the wildlife center to get food, water, and love until
their fate determined...most likely in a zoo somewhere since their mother can't teach them all the
necessary skills needed to survive.
Just look at those little eyes! Are they not the cutest thing you have ever seen! I know Miss Mags would've been jealous but had she gotten to see them....I know she would have loved them too!
