Just Say NO! to Taco Bell


It's official.  I made it back to the gym!  24 hour fitness had the pleasure of swiping my card Saturday and earlier this evening.  It feels good to be back in workout mode.   And I’m looking forward to losing the 11 comfort lbs I gained when my Grammy passed.  (Somehow those snacks and sandwiches and candies and breads and sweets made it easier.)  And most importantly I cannot wait to button my pants comfortably again!


Last spring I started going to Fight Club aka Title Boxing Club and absolutely loved it.  Something about hitting/kicking those bags really works out any frustration!  Then I started tagging along on Hubs triathlon training!  That’s when I learned that I HATE running, doggie paddle fast, and love biking.  At the end of the summer I was happier and healthier than I had been in a long time.  And then after I crossed the finish line at my last triathlon my workouts rapidly decreased more and more everyday.  So, now that it’s the middle of Feb I think it’s time to get going again… I want to be ready for swim suits, get my mind right, and make a respectable showing at our upcoming races. 


Anyway, if I post it on here it’s real.  And then I have to do it.  So here it is:  I’m back on the workout wagon.

If someone would please take down all the taco bell billboards and commercials/radio spots off the air I would really appreciate it.  Cause, I love taco bell.  And imagine what I could do if I would just stay out of the taco bell drive thru….if only for a little bit.
