A Fresh Layer of Butter

Last night after my super stressful Spanish Interview I had the most painful headache ever!  Hubs called on his way home from a late meeting: 

Hubs:  Hi!  I’m on my way home! 

Me:  I have the worst headache!  Can you bring home some cookies?  I think cookies might be the only thing that can make my head stop hurting.  

Hubs:  What kind of cookies do you want?

Me:  Any kind….you pick.

Hubs:  OK.  Cookies it is!

(Hubs walks in carrying a Corner Café bag!)

Me:  Corner Café cookies?!??!

Hubs:  They didn’t have any cookies so I got Blueberry muffins AND a cinnamon roll.  Hopefully, that will do….

Me:  Seriously?  I think I love you!

Hubs:  Which do you want first?

Sooooo freakin delicious!  I ate half the cinnamon roll last night (shared the other half with Hubs--it was only fair) and a blueberry muffin this afternoon.  Also, I found that when you eat a blueberry muffin right next to the butter tub it tastes extra yummy, you know, so you can put a fresh layer of butter on each bite…it was AMAZING!  I love Hubs and the Corner Café!
