I promise this is my last post about Taco Bell

Last month my good buddy and personal trainer, well, not exactly MY personal trainer--I'm too busy eating Hot Baby Chickens and cheese dip to justify paying a trainer .  (Usually, my  first stop after  a workout is at my local Quik Trip to pick myself up a well deserved soda and I'm pretty sure a trainer is NOT going condone that type of behavior.)  Anyway, I digress.  Last month, my FRIEND, Erin Heidi sent me this link (or maybe she posted it on her blog/facebook, either way, it ended up on my browser window.)  Then, yesterday, after another friend read my desperate plea for the removal of all Taco Bell advertising I received the same letter again.  And since I laughed out loud both times I read it; I thought I’d post it here for you!  Thank you, Mark Sisson.
