Reason #9,983 I love being married

This is an actual conversation had last night (by Hubs and I) on the way home from the grocery store:

Me: Why did you let me eat all that crap and get so chubby?

Hubs:  It made you feel better.  And I love you.

Me: It never occurred to you that you should have taken that banana bread out of my hand and given me a carrot stick?

Hubs (looking at the moon):  Did you know that not that long ago people were wondering what that big thing in the sky was…

Me:  Are you changing the subject?

Hubs:  Seriously, it was just this big THING in the sky!  Do you think we actually walked on the moon or do you believe the whole conspiracy theory?
